The Site is operated by TruePath HQ LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as TrueFlow Studio ("Studio", "we", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What this Site is

The Site is a marketing and demonstration surface. Interactive demos are provided for illustrative purposes so prospective clients can evaluate our approach. The demos are not production services and should not be relied on for business-critical operations. We may modify, throttle, or remove any demo at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or demos in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Site’s infrastructure.
• Submit information that infringes another person’s rights or contains malware.
• Use the AI demos to generate content that is deceptive, harassing, or illegal.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including wordmarks, page copy, designs, code samples, and mockup illustrations — is owned by TruePath HQ LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce or republish its content without written permission.

Submissions

When you submit information through a contact form or demo, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information to respond to you and to operate the Site. You retain ownership of your submissions. Please do not send us confidential or regulated information (PHI, payment card data, etc.) through this Site; use a secure channel we set up explicitly with you.

Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, medical, or professional advice and should not be treated as such. For engagements, a separate written agreement will govern the specific services we provide.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEPATH HQ LLC AND ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
