Privacy Policy
TrueFlow Studio ("Studio", "we", "our") is a sub-brand of TruePath HQ LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use trueflowstudio.com (the "Site") or interact with any of the demos or contact forms hosted on it.
Information we collect
When you fill out a contact form or complete the AI intake demo, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Business type and (optionally) website
- A description of the operational gap you want us to help with
- Email address and (optionally) phone number
- Any additional content you type into the AI intake conversation
When you call the demo number associated with our Missed-Call SMS Bot, we receive and store your phone number, the timestamp of the call, and any SMS content exchanged with you.
We also collect minimal, aggregated usage data (pages visited, approximate region, referrer) via Vercel Analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, Google Analytics, or Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement
- To prevent abuse of the demo systems (rate limiting, fraud prevention)
- To improve the quality of the demos themselves (reviewing anonymized transcripts)
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes. The only sub-processors that may see your data are the vendors needed to run the Site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), and Twilio (voice + SMS). Each is contractually bound by its own privacy and data-processing terms.
AI-generated content
Demos on this Site use Anthropic’s Claude models to generate replies. When you use a demo, your messages are sent to Anthropic’s API in order to produce a response. Anthropic does not use API traffic to train its models by default. We do not retain AI transcripts beyond what is needed to operate and improve the demo.
SMS & voice
If you call the demo number, you will receive an automated SMS reply. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages from that number. We do not use numbers collected through this Site for any purpose other than replying to your specific inquiry.
How long we keep it
We retain contact submissions for as long as we may reasonably need to respond to you (typically up to 24 months). Demo conversation transcripts are retained for up to 90 days unless they are associated with an active inquiry. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion. Send any such request to hello@trueflowstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will post the update here and revise the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes we will attempt to notify affected users by email.
